Your post is so timely. Whilst I currently cannot make space for a 'sabbatical' I am going on holiday tomorrow for 9 days and there is ample opportunity to get dragged back into my business. "Undivided attention" I will give to my body, my soul, my goddess who will be jumping from cliffs while I pick her up on my SUP in Crete, Greece. I aim to make this long week feel like a month via undivided attention and some time dilation practices...

I'm deeply inspired by your friend Paulina's "all but clothes" brunch. What beautiful use of her power as a Host to create an unforgettable experience with her guests! Priya Parker would be proud 🫶
